Fabrication shop
The Core Technical Centre's fabrication shop supports many materials and methods. Generally working in smaller formats, we do woodworking, maquette building, small gauge metal bending and cutting or plastic cutting, bending and gluing.
The EV Fabrication Shop is closed during our Summer 2022 Renovations. There are some limited facilities setup at the VA to support Graduate Students and Researchers during the closure. Please follow the contact information below to book a consultation.
We're ready to assist
The Core Technical Centre’s staff will be available to assist all Fine Arts students, faculty and researchers in at-home art production.
During a campus closure, our technical staff will continue to be available for consultations and will do their best to help support at-home art production.

Public accessibility
Please note that the Core Technical Centre is not open to the public. Only Fine Arts students, faculty and researchers may use the fabrication shop facilities.
As such and until further notice, the fabrication shop is accessible by appointment only. Appointments may be booked directly with the technical staff during a consultation, by phone or email, but never in person.
