With fifteen years of professional experience in graphic design and communications, Tamzyn Berman, co-founder and designer at Atelier Pastille Rose (2003), has produced compelling award-winning design for many of Montreal’s notable cultural and educational institutions.

Tamzyn specializes in branding, printed matter, exhibition design and wayfinding. Her  approach is sensitive, critically informed and involved in every stage of the design process.  Innovative use of materials, print and production techniques to communicate an idea are an integral part of every brief. Particular importance is placed on strong concept development, typography and clear communication.

Tamzyn has been a part-time faculty member within the department of Design and Computation Arts at Concordia University since 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design Art from Concordia University (1999), and a Master’s of Communication Design from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, London UK (2001). She has been the recipient of several awards and has been published both in Canada and internationally.
