The class focuses on exploring different layers of the body (bones, fluids, nervous system, fascia, skin…) and articulate them independently or simultaneously to open senses, alleviate unnecessary tensions and find clarity and freedom in our dancing. We will move through somatic experiences, task-based explorations, scores…and source from anatomy, textures and imagination to explore and refine choices in the present moment. Read instructor's bio.
