Centre for Digital Arts

The Centre for Digital Arts (CDA) houses Concordia’s largest network of audio-visual resources including PC and Mac labs and state-of-the-art video & sound editing facilities. Knowledgeable staff provide technical support to all students working in the Video and Sound Lab as shifting technology continues to transform filmmaking practices.

Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema students with a valid CDA user account have access to the media labs, smart rooms, video and sound facilities, screening room, workshops, scanning stations, print services, and audio-visual resources. The CDA's 12 production house quality video and sound editing suites augment MHSoC post-production facilities, providing students with access to multi-media technologies in a user-friendly environment. Faculty and graduate labs permit work on research projects in a more private setting.

Note: You must have an active CDA user account to access these facilities.
Visit the CDA site for details.
