Adobe Shared Device License
The procedure for using Adobe products in the labs have changed. Students and faculty will now have to login to use the software.
These instructions are to help you login but please also do not forget to logout in the end.
Step 1. For Students you would put as a username live.concordia.ca and when you click on the password field, the login will redirect you to Concordia's authentication server where you just use your netname and password from My.Concordia.ca as shown in the pictures below.

Step 1. For Teachers and staff, you would put as a username staff.concordia.ca and when you click on the password field, the login will redirect you to Concordia's authentication server where you just use your netname and password from My.Concordia.ca as shown in the pictures below.

Step 2. Login with your netname and password. If this is successful, you will now be able to launch all of the Adobe software programs.

When finished, please logout of the Adobe account by clicking on the Creative Cloud icon in your menu bar (top right of the screen) and then clicking the icon that looks like a pie again in the top right corner of the CC window.

You may get a warning as shown in the picture below, but please proceed and logout.

If you have trouble, please use the Support menu at the top of the page and open a ticket.
