Biography 

Christa is currently completing her MA in Art History at Concordia University in Montreal. In 2019, she graduated with an Honours BA with a major in History and Theory of Art and a major in World Cinemas from the University of Ottawa. She acted as the VP Communications for uOttawa’s Art History Students’ Association for most of her undergraduate degree as well as taking on several Research Assistantships with her professors.

Christa’s main research interests include early twentieth-century European avant-garde movements, the social history of modern art and visual culture, and the political use of images, objects and spaces in the modern era.
