Network Maintenance (Phone services): Feb. 16

IITS will be performing system maintenance on Thursday, February 16, 2023 between 5:30am to 8:00am.

There will be intermittent interruption of the following services during this time:

• Phone service (including desk phones, analog devices, and softphones).

• Web access to Cisco Unified communication SelfCare Portal (phone configuration webpage).

• CiscoPCA Tool and Voicemail IMAP connection.
