Update: As of Thursday, September 02, printer service is back to normal.

If you are still experiencing issues, contact the IT Service Desk by email at help@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 7613 to speak with a Service Desk agent between 8:00am and 11:00pm on weekdays, and between 8:30am and 4:30pm on weekends.

Printer installation on Concordia assets is currently unavailable, this includes mapping personal/home printers on remote computers, as well as installing or reinstalling departmental printers. We're working to fully restore the service as soon as possible.
