July 17: Student Information System (SIS) scheduled maintenance

The Student Information System (SIS) will be temporarily offline on Saturday, July 17, 2021 between 8:00am and 5:00pm due to maintenance.

During this time access via the MyConcordia portal will also be unavailable.

If you have questions about the maintenance period contact the IT Service Desk by email at help@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 7613 to speak with a Service Desk agent between 8:00am and 11:00pm on weekdays.

Opérations de maintenance du système de gestion pédagogique prévues le 17 juillet

L’accès au système de gestion pédagogique (SGP) sera temporairement interrompu le samedi 17 juillet, de 8 h à 17 h pour des opérations de maintenance.

L’accès au SGP par l’intermédiaire du portail MyConcordia sera également interrompu durant la période de maintenance.

Si vous avez des questions sur la période de maintenance, écrivez au Service d’assistance d’IITS à help@concordia.ca ou, pour parler à un préposé, téléphonez au 514 848-2424, poste 7613, entre 8 h et 23 h, du lundi au vendredi.
