You can now access your 2019 personal pension plan statement directly from the pension@ccess tool. Read on to find out how to log in to pension@ccess.
Your statement includes a detailed summary of your pension entitlement under the Pension Plan for the Employees of Concordia University as of December 31, 2019.

Need a printed copy of your statement?
You can print a copy of your statement from the pension@ccess tool or send a request to pensions@concordia.ca asking for a paper copy.
How to log in to pension@ccess
Go to the Pension Statements web page on Cspace and access the pension@ccess application under the heading Quick Links.
Follow the steps below to access the tool at pension@ccess.
- Enter your employee number without the zeros at the beginning.
- Enter your password. Note: If this is the first time you are logging in to pension@ccess, your temporary password is your date of birth in the format MMDDYYYY, followed by the last three digits of your employee number. Otherwise, use the password you chose after you first logged in.
- Once you’re logged in, you can:
- retrieve your latest annual statement
- estimate what you can expect in terms of retirement income by choosing various assumptions and finding out how they affect your projected retirement income
- consult at-a-glance information about your Pension Plan
- view or download pension forms you may need
- access other useful links
Annual Report to Pension Plan members
While you’re on pension@ccess, take a look at the 2019 Annual Report to Pension Plan members. This report provides an overview of the financial position of the Plan on December 31, 2019, explains how the Plan is managed, summarizes what was done by the Pension Committee last year and informs you of upcoming initiatives.
