Phone Server Maintenance: February 01
Maintenance affecting the Cisco Emergency Responder (911 location service) for Concordia's phone server is scheduled to be performed on February 01, 2020 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
During the maintenance period, limited civic address and room location information will be relayed to the 911 operator when users place a 911 emergency call. Please be advised that Concordia Security is aware of the situation and that the necessary steps have been taken to ensure all 911 calls are properly answered during the maintenance window.
