Update: Issues resolve.  Service back to normal.

Update: Concordia Stores is still experiencing issues and we are in the process of addressing them.  We hope to have the service back up as soon as possible.  Once again we apologinze for the inconvenience.

Update (Dec. 8):  Concordia Stores will be unavailable until Monday morning December 9.  Again we apologize for the inconvenience.
