Phone maintenance: May 19 & 20
Concordia's IT department will be performing phone server maintenance from May 19, 8:00 a.m. to May 20, 12:00 p.m.
During the maintenance period, phone devices (IP, analog, softphone, Jabber client) and gateway devices will reboot multiple times with brief service interruptions. The PhoneConfiguration webpage within the MyConcordia portal will also be unavailable.
