Gonzalo Quintana Zunino, PhD candidate and Public Scholar will be the only representative from Concordia at the second version of the local conference Neurosymposium held on June 15, 2017 at the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec.

Mr. Quintana Zunino will be presenting part of his recent research findings about the differential role of opioid receptors in different brain areas of the male rat. These findings allow a better understanding of the neurobiology and chemistry of how we develop sexual partner preferences based on fetish-like cues. The research was conducted under the supervision of Dr. James G. Pfaus.
