Are you a researcher looking to become a founder? Have an idea you're working on which has commercial potential? We're looking for PhD graduates and postdocs who want to apply their research to build a startup.
Launched by V1 Studio and offered at Concordia University, the Scientific Venture Program (SVP) is a unique post-doctoral program at the intersection of academia and entrepreneurship.
Those accepted to the program will:
Receive up to $71,000 in stipends, support and services per year
Access up to $35,000 of exclusive grants
Access research facilities
Keep all the intellectual property (IP) created during the program
The application deadline is June 26.
The program begins November 3, 2023.
