MAR 29 – APR 2: SIS will be unavailable due to a system upgrade

Concordia’s Student Information System (SIS) will be temporarily unavailable from 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 29 to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 2 due to a planned system upgrade.

Focusing on updating the back end of the system, the upgrade will also provide users with a new colour scheme. Layout and system features will remain the same at the present time. Please be aware the MyConcordia portal will also be unavailable between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday April 1st due to the update.

This upgrade is necessary to keep Concordia’s SIS software up-to-date and maintain support from the systems vendor. Next in line in terms of future SIS upgrades will be further system flexibility and features to enhance the student experience.

The timing of this shutdown has been carefully evaluated to ensure the least possible disruption.
