University publications win at Educational Advertising Awards

Report on Business sustainability series, Journal, NOW and Yehouda Chaki book cited.

A total of 2,500 entries received from more than one-thousand colleges, universities and secondary schools from all fifty American states and several countries competed for the annual Educational

Advertising Awards, sponsored by Higher Education Marketing Report. Awards and certificates were given to those entrants whose programs and materials displayed exceptional quality, creativity and message effectiveness.

Concordia won silver in the Magazine Advertising Series category for special partnership with the Report on Business on the theme of sustainability that ran in the Globe & Mail’s Report on Business last winter.

Concordia also won silver in the Publication/Internal University Newspaper category for the Journal and bronze for the publication of Yehouda Chaki Brings the Four Seasons. The NOW Weekly E?Newsletter got a note of merit in the New Media category.
