Concordia gallery director invited to discuss contemporary curating practice

The Director of the Leonard & Bina Art Gallery, Michèle Thériault, will address the fifth Max and Iris Stern International Symposium: Manufacturing Exhibitions, on March 24 and 25.

This major public event, presented by the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, will contextualize exhibition curating in contemporary art by looking back at some defining historical moments. The speakers gathering for this occasion (artists, exhibition curators, museum curators, theorists, academics) are internationally recognized for the scope and quality of their work and are pre-eminent figures in the fields of curatorial theory and practice.

The presentations will be given in both French and` English. Simultaneous translation service will be available.
