Updated guidelines this winter

Let's take these steps to fight the transmission of respiratory infections

Winter is approaching and we’ve already had our first snowfall. Along with cold weather comes “cold season.” Cases of respiratory infection are on the rise.

To take care of our health and wellbeing:

  • In line with public health guidelines, you must stay home if you have a fever and wear a mask if you have any symptoms.
  • We strongly recommend that you wear a mask on campus whether or not you have symptoms. Face masks and hand sanitizer remain available at all Concordia main building entrances.
  • If you have not done so yet, we strongly encourage you to get your COVID-19 vaccination and boosters as well as the seasonal influenza vaccine. The flu vaccine is now free to everyone in Quebec.

Where to get vaccinated

Book your COVID-19 or flu vaccine via CLIC SANTÉ. (For the flu vaccine, click 'Vaccination,’ select type, then input your postal code.)

We continue to monitor public health recommendations and we will share any further updates to guidelines for the Concordia community.
