Strong Economic indicators for Quebec

Ask our Experts
Posted on August 10, 2017

There are signs Quebec is experiencing the strongest economic growth in several decades. Unemployment statistics indicate the number of Quebecers out of work is the lowest in more than four decades and a recent survey conducted of human resources costs spotlights rising wages in the province, another key indicator of economic health. Our macroeconomics expert Moshe Lander can help make sense of these developments and determine their impacts in areas such fiscal policy and consumer spending.
