"I was honored to be one of the recipients of the BNP Paribas Scholarship last year," explains Anqi Xiong, John Molson student. "I was hesitating about applying but finally decided to try. Why not?"
"Instead of the classic video interview, BNP Paribas did it in a creative way by using a game-like case-cracking interview called Escape the Room. This process examines participants' ability to work in a team as well as their leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. As a participant, I met amazing fellow students and learned about the different services that a world-leading bank can provide, which increased my interest in the banking industry! I am so grateful that I applied. It is definitely a memorable experience that I encourage everyone to try," concludes Xiong.
