Two JMSB programs get new directors

Anne Beaudry and Denis Schweizer to lead Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Van Berkom Small-Cap Investment Management programs

Interim Dean of the John Molson School of Business, Stéphane Brutus has announced two new appointments.

Anne Beaudry, an associate professor in the Department of Supply Chain and Business Technology Management has been appointed director of the Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate in Business Administration programs. Her term will run from June 1, 2016 to May 31, 2019.

“The GCBA and GDBA were recently redesigned under the directorship of Sandra Betton and student response has been very positive,” says Brutus. “I look forward to them taking an even greater place within JMSB’s portfolio of offerings.”

Denis Schweizer

Associate Professor, Denis Schweizer from the Department of Finance has been appointed director of the Van Berkom Small-Cap Investment Management Program. His term will also run from June 1, 2016 to May 31, 2019.

“This exciting new program provides graduate students with an opportunity to actively manage a portfolio of small capitalized stocks,” says Brutus. “I would like to thank Reena Atanasiadis for all of her hard work as interim director in the program’s first year. This new offering will benefit tremendously from the expertise Reena brought to it in its early days.”
