How to configure your office phone while working from home

Call forwarding setup
- Go to https://cucmpub.net.concordia.ca/ucmuser/
- Login with netname and password, same as Carrefour
- Click Call Forwarding on the left menu
- Enter phone number prefixed with 9. For example, to forward to 514-432-1112 enter 94321112
- Click Save.
Remotely retrieve your voicemail
Open the site at https://unity.concordia.ca/inbox/. Login with Netname/password, same as Carrefour. VPN is required to access this functionality.
