|

May 2nd to May 7th 2017

Concordia Film Festival is organized by the student-run, non-profit Cinema Students Association (CSA) and Animate Concordia.

Together, they organize and promote, through screenings and events, the works produced by the diverse range of filmmakers of the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema (MHSoC). Entering its 44th year as the largest and oldest student-run film festival in North America, the event has become a main-stay of the film industry in Montreal.

The MHSoC stands as the largest university-based centre for the study of film in Canada, with a body of works that are screened to great acclaim at festivals around the world including Cannes, TIFF, and Berlin.
