Darlene St. Georges, an Art Education PhD student, has her paintings and poetry featured for the International Symposium for Poetic Inquiry at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, October 8 to 10.

St. Georges' PhD research is intricately linked with her artistic practice, as she endeavors to map the ethereal and explore art as a multi-textural dialogue - an active and unfolding hermeneutic. Her work intends to provide the view a space in which to feel, to question, to wonder and respond to the energy that connects us to our humanity - our seeds of existence.
