Aiman Hanna receives the Gina Cody School Teaching Excellence Award

Dr. Hanna has been selected as the recipient of the Gina Cody School Teaching Excellence Award. This is Dr. Hanna's fifth award for Teaching Excellence and Outstanding Contribution at both the Faculty and University levels. He is highly admired by his students and his colleagues. As an instance, on On Monday, March 25, 2019, and following his night class, he was surprised by a quite unusual event, where nearly 200 of his previous and current students surprised him with that event where they entered his classroom with music, a composed song that they wrote for him, a hand-drawn painting, and a huge cake that replicates the books for some of his courses. The event was a secret arrangement that the students managed to do over many weeks so they can celebrate his long years as being their professor and mentor. Not long after, the students went to publish the event on public TV. The event can be seen at the following link:
