Despite ongoing COVID limitations, the Solar Energy Conversion Group has a lot to celebrate. To finish the Fall 2020 term, Caroline and Jacob successfully presented their CHEM 419 Specialization Projects to members of the department at the Undergraduate Research Day. Meanwhile, Sollavi and Victoria have been working hard and making exciting advances on the way to their final undergraduate thesis defenses at the end of the Winter 2021 term.

The group also welcomes a whole crop of new members including MSc students Rehmat Brar, Caroline Bergeron, and Jacob Hui (both have decided to stick around a while longer--and we're stoked). Linyi Wei, Tyler Rutherford, Frances Davenport, and Joseph-Daniel Chiong have all joined the group as CHEM 419 specialization students. Here's hoping we can have a proper in-person get together soon to celebrate successes from the past year, and welcome all the new members.
