The Solar Energy Research Group continues to knock down milestones, despite the challenging global situation. On May 1st, 2020 Sehrish Khan successfully presented her CHEM 419 specialization project on copper oxide nanocrystals for photocatalysis to a crowd of fellow students and faculty members via Zoom. Despite missing out on a month of lab time during the ongoing closure, Sehrish was able to complete her poster and project and got some great feedback from members of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Sehrish is only the third CHEM 419 student to graduate from our lab and we're looking forward to seeing what she does next!
