The Organizational Development (OD) team, in collaboration with the Employee and Labour Relations (ELR) Unit (Human Resources Department) will be facilitating a round table developed and designed to support managers in their role at the University.
The labour market is changing and evolving rapidly and so are management practices. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the pace at which those changes are taking place has increased considerably.
The main purpose of this round table activity is to provide you with information on management strategies focused on output and outcomes. During the workshop, you will also be invited to exchange on best practices as well as to share tips and tricks related specifically to this management approach.
This course is exclusively open to formal managers.
