Ingrid’s research interests can be categorized according to two broad themes. The first theme focuses on determinants of learning and development in individuals and organizations, particularly under challenging situations. For example, how can we facilitate growth and success in new entrepreneurs as they embark on their first entrepreneurial ventures? How can we support female leaders to thrive in organizational contexts in which they are underrepresented?
The second theme focuses on positive and negative interpersonal dynamics in teams as well as their implications for team effectiveness. For example, what are the performance implications of teams who are emotionally diverse? Why do team members fail to support each other when needed the most?
Anne-Marie Croteau, BSc 86, PhD, CDir

Anne-Marie Croteau teaches at the doctoral, master and undergraduate levels. Her courses cover topics such as strategic management of information technology, competitive advantage through information technology, fundamentals of electronic business, and management of information systems. She was ranked as one of the most popular professors at Concordia University by McLean’s magazine for seven consecutive years.

Farah has close to 20 years of industry experience within Clinical Research Organization (service-provider) segment of the Pharmaceutical Industry, with senior leadership roles in Early Phase Business Development, Business Strategy & Intelligence, Marketing and Operations. Prior to her role at Strategikon Pharma, she was the Senior Vice President, Global Business Development Head, Early Phase at Syneos Health for the Phase I and Bioanalytical Business Unit. She also participated in numerous Governance committees overseeing high-level client relationships.
Farah has held prior roles in Pre-Clinical Bioanalytical Operations and Business Development at Charles River Laboratories, as well as independent Consulting for Small Businesses and Retail Entrepreneurship. Farah’s strengths include building successful sales teams, business development and market strategy, and inorganic growth (M&A) strategy. Farah holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Biochemistry from McGill University and an MBA from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business with a major in Strategy.
Josée Perreault is Senior Vice-President, Can-Am On-Road. She joined BRP in October 2016, and immediately dove in by revolutionizing the On-Road industry with the launch of the Can-Am Ryker. A real game-changer, the Can-Am Ryker is the best in class for personalization and riding experiences.
Born in Montreal, Quebec, Josée built on her MBA from Concordia University. Josée has worked and travelled on every continent, giving her a unique leadership vision and skills. A passionate global executive, she is always seeking adrenaline and challenges at work and elsewhere.
Prior to BRP, Josée was a Senior Vice-President, World Business at Oakley, where she held many senior leadership positions. A real driving force in the international growth, competitiveness and profitability of retail, wholesale, web and franchises at Oakley, Josée contributed to Oakley’s success in many ways. Among other responsibilities, she restructured the European sales and operations, established and developed the Canadian division, and led all aspects of the company’s commercial activities across the globe.
Bringing together the best talents to promote, distribute and sell a brand and its products is what has motivated Josée throughout her career, and has earned her several awards. It’s also what inspires her to share her expertise as a board member of WSP Global, Lumenpulse and Bonlook. She is always looking for new challenges and nothing is insurmountable for Josée. Now as head of the Can-Am On-Road division, she is taking this brand on a truly exhilarating ride.
