Ingrid Chadwick conducts research on gender diversity and women in senior leadership. She investigates how women manage their leadership trajectories and what role their gender identities play in such pursuits. Through her research she tries to shed light on the factors that enable women to attain and thrive in senior leadership positions.
Chadwick’s research has been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) and the Fonds Québécois de la recherche sur la société et la culture (FRQ-SC). She has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Management and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
