Patti Lenkov, MBA 86, founder and president, Agility Executive Search, and moderator Patti Sonntag, BA 00, a managing editor inThe New York Times’ News Services division, discussed how to steer your career to boost your prospects for future corporate governance positions.
Patricia Lenkov, MBA 86, heads up Agility Executive Search, a boutique firm she founded in 2008. Widely regarded as a thought leader on board recruiting, corporate governance, composition and succession, she is well known for her work on board diversity. She sits on the New York Steering Committee of 2020 Women on Boards. Previously she worked for a Silicon-Valley based company where she was Regional Sales Manager for the province of Québec.
Patti Sonntag is a managing editor in The New York Times’ News Services division. She is currently visiting journalist at Concordia, leading a group of students on a data-driven investigative project. Her team at the NYT produces opinion columns, features and other articles for distribution to more than 1000 media companies worldwide; she is also an editor on The International New York Times’ Turning Points magazine. Patti is from Fernie., B.C.
