This workshop seeks to introduce the foundations of Agile project management, engage with popular Agile frameworks (Scrum and Lean) and help those who wish to experiment with new ways of problem solving and collaborating. You will emerge knowledgeable about agile concepts and equipped with practical, experience-based tips on how to apply them.
