COMMUNICATION & DIGITAL CAPABILITIES

A lot of people are intimidated by sales, and don’t feel they have what it takes to market their products, services, or organizations. Forget “always be closing:” sales is all about listening carefully, being empathetic, addressing difficult issues as they arise, and being resilient. Being great at sales is about combining your relational skills with belief in the quality of your product, service, or organization. In this crash course, you will consider how to listen, understand your consumer, use practical tips, and face your fears. I will walk you through the phases of a sales conversation and you will practice. Through research, stories, case studies and rehearsals, you will leave feeling more confident and prepared to sell.
