According to the APA, resilience is a learned pattern of feelings, thoughts and behaviours that determines how easily we make meaning from setbacks and bounce back. Resilience is a skill we can learn, practice, and develop on purpose. When we develop our resilience, we experience less alarming stress, we feel more in control of our lives, we are more optimistic about our future, and we respond more skillfully to challenges. In this workshop, you will learn from research, self-reflection, case studies, small group discussions, and models, in order to help you thrive through stressful situations.
