We created The Prosperity Project™ to stop COVID-19 from setting back Canadian women - all of us, from any background - from the progress, we've made. Join us in this important mission.

To tackle the barrier of limited access to role models/mentors for women, The Rosie Initiative, presented by Ontario Power Generation, is launching The Rosie Mentoring Program. This program focuses on fostering, empowering and progressing relationships between Mentors and Protégées within STEM and Skilled Trades.

Program Details:
o   Free 6-month program where Protégées meet with Mentors in their desired industry
o   One-on-one matches between Protégées and Mentors
o   Opportunity to join an exclusive networking group after completing the program

If you are:
o   A Canadian woman who is searching for career opportunities and advancements within STEM or skilled trades
o   Committed to professional growth
o   Looking to expand your network and engage with industry professionals
o   A proactive learner who is always looking for ways to challenge yourself
o   An individual with 1+ years of professional experience

Apply to The Rosie Mentoring Program as a Protégée!
