GROWTH & BALANCE

After hours of studying or writing a paper, your grade comes in and you get a C. Are you able to accept the C, or do you begin to engage in negative self-talk?

While it is great to strive for achievement, if you find yourself more often than not feeling that you are a reflection of your grades, this workshop is for you! Together, we will engage in a dialogue about perfectionism traps, participate in a few activities, and share strategies to help with procrastination and hypercriticism. By the end of this workshop, you will improve your ability to determine when perfect is not good enough.

Facilitators: Patricia Paul, MEd, MSc A CFT

Patricia Paul is a Psychotherapist with training in integrative therapy, theories of education, and communications. She holds 15 years of combined experience in advising, animation, and intervention.
