Set your intentions for 2021 by creating a digital image of your vision.
Take this time to focus on your goals and mentally prepare yourself for a productive year in a more reflective and powerful way.   Attend our 60-minute workshop where you will gain clarity, experience and learn powerful visualization techniques and a step by step process on how to design a digital image of your vision.  Leave with the inspiration you need to focus on your goals and build upon them as the year progresses.

"Vision without action is merely a dream, action without vision just passes time, vision with action can change the world." Joel A Barker

It's all in your hands. You decide.

Testimonial:  The session was an important marking point for me in terms of changing my mindset. I hope to see more of my visions come to life in 2021, Andrea

Loved the opening brain dump writing exercise! It gave me the chance to clear my head and create space to learn something new.  In one hour we covered the importance of knowing our values, having a sense of purpose and identifying our goals – and how a Vision Board can bring it altogether to provide clarity and a path way to an action plan. Laurie

Facilitator's Bio:
Tania Chomyk B.Ed., M.Ed., PPCC Concordia alumnae and Professional Career Coach has worked in higher education, McGill/Concordia, for almost 30 years combined providing human resources (recruitment, training and development) and management services to the university community  (faculty, staff and students).   Throughout her career Tania designed and developed solutions for organizational improvement that supported the overall mission of the institution by leading workshops, discussion forums, and effective interventions, such as organizational reviews and performance strategies.  Her desire to teach and the philosophy of continuous learning was rooted at a very young age steering her in the direction and simultaneous pursuit of her degrees and career in higher education.    An avid life-long learner,  Tania recently took a closer examination of her life and career by reflecting on what truly matters to her; to deepen the helping role in a much more meaningful and personally rewarding way.  The Personal and Professional Coaching Certificate she completed at Concordia in 2017, allowed Tania to become more self-aware - the key to one's success - as she embarked on a personal journey of transformation and change in her life.    Tania's enthusiastic approach and 'can do' attitude to help individuals in their journey to success is where her passion lies.
