Join us for this discussion and learn from Tania's career journey, how she found her passion and has created a fulfilling and inspiring career and life.  She will share how she helps her clients reach their goals so that you can too!

Tania Chomyk B.Ed., M.Ed., PPCC, Concordia alumnae and Career Coach has worked in higher education, McGill/Concordia, for almost 30 years combined providing human resources (recruitment, training and development) and management services to the university community  (faculty, staff and students).   Throughout her career Tania designed and developed solutions for organizational improvement that supported the overall mission of the institution by leading workshops, discussion forums, and effective interventions, such as organizational reviews and performance strategies.  Her desire to teach and the philosophy of continuous learning was rooted at a very young age steering her in the direction and simultaneous pursuit of her degrees and career in higher education.    An avid life-long learner,  Tania recently took a closer examination of her life and career by reflecting on what truly matters to her; to deepen the helping role in a much more meaningful and personally rewarding way.  The Personal and Professional Coaching Certificate she completed at Concordia in 2017, allowed Tania to become more “self-aware” – the key to one’s success - as she embarked on a personal journey of transformation and change in her life.    Tania’s enthusiastic approach  and “can do” attitude to help individuals in their journey to success is where her passion lies.
