Your health is arguably your greatest resource – during university and after! The things you do day-to-day have a tremendous impact on your health, and in turn, on your academic success. Some behaviours can make your health–and your grades–better; some make it worse. In this workshop, you will learn about the health behaviors that offer the greatest benefits. These include healthy eating, getting plenty of good-quality sleep and a few others that you may find surprising. You will learn the latest recommendations on these healthy habits and ways to fit them into your busy student life.
