Stress is a part of life! Learning to manage it is an essential life skill. In this workshop, you will learn how stress affects your body and will identify the causes and signs of your stress. You will discover a variety of effective stress management strategies that include relaxation techniques, problem-solving strategies, and cognitive strategies.
  

Facilitator: Owen Moran, MSc, RN

For the past 25 years, the goal of Owen’s work as Health Promotion Specialist at Concordia University Health Services has been to help students, staff and faculty achieve their optimal health. He has a Master’s degree in nursing from McGill University.
