Gaby is a Nurse and Health Promotion Specialist at Concordia University Health Services. She has an MSc in Nursing from McGill and a postgraduate diploma in Health Promotion from the University of Alberta’s School of Public Health. Gaby works with Concordia students, staff, and faculty to help them set, achieve, and maintain their health goals. She supports changes to our everyday environments here at Concordia that can make the healthy choice the easy choice.
Liz is the strength and conditioning coordinator at Concordia University's Department of Recreation and Athletics. She works with student-athletes to help them learn weightlifting techniques, running mechanics, as well as change of direction techniques. Liz provides the Stingers with year-round training programs for strength, power, speed and conditioning. She was a very accomplish student-athlete with the Concordia women’s hockey program. Liz was the team captain, and she won national championships in 1998 and 1999.
