In this session, we explore solution-focused approaches to wellness that have been proven to reduce stress, conflict, and mental distress both individually and within organizations. In this session, we will learn about, and practice, strategies for shifting our attention to what is not working in our organization to what is working in order to expand our field of wellness. Through whole and small group discussions, case studies, and games, we will learn to enact key strategies to improve our wellness and that of those around us. The powerful strategies we will explore will support you to navigate the challenges and opportunities of working with others in complex organizations.
