About the program:

The Morgan Stanley Diversity Mentorship Program is presented by RED-MTL; Morgan Stanley Montreal's Race & Ethnic Diversity Committee whose mission includes supporting and partnering with organizations within the Black community.

The Mentorship Program will offer insight into the technology and financial services industry, give a first-hand account of different career experiences, and help refine your professional networking skills.

Morgan Stanley is made up of many talents and perspectives. This diversity is what makes us unique. What you are interested in and how you approach the world will determine your individual path. If selected, you will be paired with a Morgan Stanley employee to help guide you through your career path.
