CyberConnect2 is a Japanese game development company, founded in 1996 in Fukuoka, Japan. For over 20 years, CC2 has been creating games with a unique anime style, the most notable titles being the .hack series, the Naruto Ultimate Ninja series, and Asura’s Wrath.  After opening the Tokyo studio in 2010, CC2 has expanded to Montreal which opened in 2017. With its reputation as a high-quality video game developer, CC2 continues to strive to provide a greater entertainment experience to the fans around the world.

For this event, our Vice President Taichiro Miyazaki will provide insights to the game development scene in Japan and Montreal, and the experiences he’s accumulated world-wide throughout the many projects! In recent years, CyberConnect2 is expanding beyond game development, aspiring to become a publisher with its own IPs. Come find out about some of the challenges that we have faced and the opportunities that we are offering to prospective creators!
