Join us for a high-impact action-based workshop, looking at everything our institution isn't doing when it comes to effectively, transformationally, and sustainably institutionalizing DEI, anti-oppressive, and decolonial practices in higher education.

The truth is, historically, universities omit and bypass the economic component to decolonial work and reinforce the cycle of unsustainability, co-opting, generational poverty, burnout culture, tokenism, slacktivism, and operational inefficiency of the work.
As such, our institutional decolonial practices tend to focus on theories rather than scalable, sustainable, and high-value socioeconomic impact and development for and by disenfranchised Peoples.

In this session, Ches, host and decolonial DEI expert, will introduce their proprietary action-based framework for us so that, together, we may see how decolonization is more than changing and updating our decolonial, EDI trainings, curriculum, canons, and mandatory reading lists.
