To mark the launch of this year's Black History Month programming, the Black Perspectives Office is hosting a panel on the future of Black employment in higher education institutions. With this panel, we hope to reflect on the recent wave of efforts towards addressing systemic discrimination and anti-Black racism as a pivoting point for the future of Black employment in higher education institutions. How have our institutions changed? What work still needs to be done? What hopes do we have for the future?
