Concordia's 2020 Public Scholars Concordia's 2020 Public Scholars

The Public Scholar Program provides 10 PhD candidates, from across Concordia, with additional training and resources to engage with the community and share their research with the public. PhD students and faculty are invited to attend this one-hour informational event to learn more about the Program. A short panel discussion featuring Scholars, a supervising faculty member, and Concordia’s media relations will highlight the purpose and benefits of the Program. Scholars will also be available in chat rooms to answer questions from participants.

Introduction 

Panel discussion: Discussion of the importance of the program and how PhD candidates can leverage the program to their advantage.

Conversation with the current cohort: The audience will have a chance to meet the current cohort and ask them questions about their experience in the program so far.
