Join us, the Decolonial Perspectives and Practises (DPP) Hub and the Ethnocultural Art Histories Research Group (EAHR), at 4TH SPACE for our experience – to – action series: Struggling Together in Higher Education. Together, we will collectively develop techniques to overcome institutional challenges within Higher Ed., that erase and exclude QTBIPOC communities and impede in transformative research and praxis. We take off with an anti-hierarchical, interactive panel led by Black, Indigenous, Middle-Eastern, Queer, people of colour—to build solidarity around struggling and transgressing together. Then, as justice-minded students, faculty and community members, we will mobilize our thoughts into actions through a ‘Syllabus Deconstruction Workshop: Session II’. Come join us as we collectively turn big ideas for change into actionable steps.
