In this session, we'll explore how to better manage our time and attention in the face of constant demands. You'll learn about the most powerful and effective time management strategy, one that is backed by close to 60 years of scientific research.

You'll also learn about simple tools that will help you implement this strategy in your own life. We'll also cover the science of prioritizing.   • Understand a simple framework that will help you figure out what's most important to you and how to focus on the things that matter most 
  • Explore digital self-defence strategies to protect wellbeing and mental health, including the most effective ways to deal with information overload, social media addiction, and tech burnout 
  • Adopt the tools you need to take control of your time, focus on what's important to you, and manage your attention in a way that supports your wellbeing.
